Stag Compliance was founded by Kristen Sherrill, an IT Director who manages HIPAA compliance inside a healthcare organization as part of her daily work. She started Stag Compliance because small practices deserve the same quality of compliance support that large health systems have access to — without the overhead of a large consulting firm.
The work we do for clients is the same work we do internally: risk analysis, policy development, vendor management, workforce training, and incident response. We do not learn on your time.
We work with small practices, behavioral health providers, dental offices, home health agencies, medical coding companies, and healthcare business associates across the United States.
